It was an easy process from the moment I chose my item. Delivery was quick and I was informed of every step.
Product is very good quality.

I purchased a £90 running jacket late December 2021. I use it for my 5km run to work every few days. Gradually the jacket has started to fall apart so I emailed proviz to be told they only give you a 12 month guarantee. I wouldn't mind if it was cheap but at £90 I definitely wouldn't expect a jacket to start falling apart after a year. Had the cheek to ask me to make sure I recycle it too! Just make better clothing! Exceptionally poor quality clothing, best avoided.

Love the jacket. I will literally stop traffic! Took a while to come but that's down to Royal Mail and Canada Post. Communication was great and the jacket fits perfectly. Thank you!

Your team is amazing, must be an amazing person at the top too, below it says give date of experience - I have had many dates of amazing communication, as my parcel has been delayed and I have been updated throughout the whole process, and I have had questions which have been dealt with with excellent service.

Company provides great looking high quality products that are comfortable and durable. They are delivered in a timely manner and their customer service representatives were polite and able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently.

Ordering was easy , Delivery was fast much better than I expected with the strikes being on etc so top marks !!

Only used the jacket on a cold dry run at night but was comfortable and a good wind proof ,size was generous enough to move around comfortably, yet to try in the rain !! But All good at the moment !!

Decent product, really bright but battery life is below average in the cold. Also, if you're running down a hill, the angle of the lamp doesn't go low enough to be useful. Wouldn't be any good for fell running or trail running at night.

My rain pants arrived quickly, though I received a size 8 instead of size 6 (which is what I'm pretty sure I ordered). That said, the larger size works well for over layers, so good for winter!

I bought some hi vis running tops. Long sleeve and short sleeve for running on early, dark, winter mornings. I feel seen and safer as a result. Not in so much need of running with a torch.

Order came really quick and the bag has some fantastic features like side pockets so you don’t have to take the bag off to get to your keys. ?. You’ve got a waterproof cover over the zip (great) but two massive holes for your hydration bladder to go through, great you might think but no! They are pointing up to the sky ready to capture an endless amount of rain and dump it in the bag. ?
Why didn’t you bring the hole further around the shoulder strap so they could point downwards = dry bag.
WHO designed this, and even worse, who let it through product development. ?

Proviz customer service is excellent. I bought an item that didn't perform how I had expected and the customer help person worked everything out for me. The other products I have bought were exactly what I expected and I am really happy with them. Thanks!

The communication was good when I had a question about my order. Fast reply and the staff would explain the situation.Thank you to the customer service team as it was more than one person who answered my questions.

Ordered a medium hi viz for my dog. It was too small. Returns procedure is easy. Within a couple of days I'd had an email acknowledgement for the returned item and then a dispatch notification that the larger size had been sent.
Excellent service and the larger hi viz is a good fit and great quality.

I reviewed the products a couple of weeks after ordering but a few months later I'm sorry to say that the reflective strips and logo on my daughter's fluoro-pink armbands has almost all peeled off. They have not had heavy use. She also moans to me that the zip on the kids jacket is too tough and rubs on her chin, although I think she's making a bit of a fuss as there is chin-guard material behind the top of the zip and it might just be that it's still a bit too long in the body for her.

Great product can't fault it - ordered the wrong size and was very easy to return and exchange - have purchased from them before and they were good then
